Can you get these units in 12 volts it kinda doesn't look like you can with these cells as for 24 volts you have 7 cells

One thing i don't understand. I see the learning part of this, but why not just buy an ready made power bank? It's a lot smaller, more compact etc.

Should it not have a Battery Management System to balance the cells?
And the plastic nuts.
I ordered one and havent received my battery's, the little meeter, and the multy wired peace.
