Solar panels are so weak but its free energy but they works most of the time when the sun is up.
I would prefeare that we find better energy creating devices.

Somebody suggested that these MP-7210A's controllers are not Really MPPT but more like Voltage boosters. So you can charge a 24v battery with a 12v Solar Panel. That is nifty but what if you want it to find the best Power Point? Somebody explain to me what these 7210A's are really?
What is a better alternative now we are in 2020?
Can you run 4 of them to make 40amps ? I'm ready to buy a 40amp one. Please make sure it auto adjusts voltages and has all the battery protection/ heat sensor

Solar panels can produce some power on some cloudy days, although I've seen daytime skies so dark that 500 watts of solar panels (two x 250) didn't get above the battery voltage even with a decent MPPT controller (yes, there were thunderstorm warnings and tornado watches that day). More common is seeing 500 watts of solar panels produce 5 watts of power on a rainy day. Days with light overcast might see 50 watts or more from that array. I've tested these panels and each can produce 235 watts in backyard sun on a bright, sunny day.
Yeah, Even on rainy days my grid tie solar does 324 volts,396 volts at 9 amps on front house and 296 volts and 324 volts (no amp reading on that one) on back house with only dark cloulds on stromy days blocking enough enough sunlight to stop the photoelectrolysis……..they'll pump 300+ volts till twighlight as well when they finally drop to like 4 volts no amps
