8. I'd say wait it out if nothing has changed with how they deal with you. Innocent until proven guilty. The internet age has robbed people of that right. 10. Commercial construction companies that work on state and federally funded projects are getting raided by ICE on a regular basis at this point in time. There is nothing ethical, moral or legal about allowing Illegal Aliens to displace American Workers. You have no right to complain about anything. You are living a dream here and made a conscious decision to break the law to do so. With that said I do respect your interest to see workers experience respect in the workplace.
