3. The torx screw with the little pointy thing in the center of it is called a "tamper proof torx". The bits are widely available at all of your favorite auto/tool places.

9. Curse the anti tamper hex screw! I went to a local car parts store and bought a set of bits to undo them…. Sure you could find some in your part of the world 😊

10. Jehu you need a security bit set. It makes things much easier to open.
    Harbor Freight has them. Get two sets… There really really cheaply made.
