There is a lot of open space in that trailer, why not create a smal; camper there? A small electric kitchen and a place to sleep would make it perfect for behind an EV
How about adding flexible solar panels to your Samba- you gotta lotta real estate on the roof… easily add 300 watts of charging. Obviously won't do very much but will be adding at least 200 watts on sunny days even when it's just parked plus a few extra miles on a long road trip- and would make for an interesting video.
