  5. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Kingpleb says:

Be nice if they did shopping outside the normal states or there was a UK supplier for these that didn't want £5+ per cell

Hey Jehu, I wanna know how to do a battery pack? what elements (apparat from the batteries) do you need to form the pack and to keep the batteries safe? its for a motorcycle, mounting a 10kW in-wheel motor.

    Hey Jehu!

really quick question. Dont want to do a full EVkit for my motorcycle just yet but just got ready to start it up since the winter and the battery is dead again (michigan with trickle charger)
so after installing the battery and trying, then uninstalling to go buy a new one i stopped……why not use 18650?!?!
i have over 3,000 cells starting my power wall but i have some under 2,000mAh and was thinking that a 3s4p configuration would be a good fit for the 12v12amp lead acid battery. my bike specs below. this 12 cells is a good config?

I'm using this very same bak cells in my ebike for over 5 months (got it from new old stock notebook batteries) and they are very reliable, the didn't loose capacity over recharges and they don't go unbalanced. Mine cells have from 2000 to 2100 mah and I made a 17 ah ~60v battery, it works well and it's used every day. Just so people know this batteries are reliable so far. Thank you for this channel, i got much info and inspiration to build my ebike from here, sad thing here in brazil electric car parts are still impossible to buy due to import taxes because i would be building my own electric bug by now if this was not the case.

Hello I have a buggy with a 36v electric motor on the back. I'd like the buggy to go at least 50 mph with a 200 mile range. Could you help me figure out how many battery cells I'd need to build my own pack. I was planning on buy the 600amp controller and having 75 volts. My email is cylustree@gmail.com

how much would it cost to turn a mini Cooper into electric with around 100 mile range

Hi man you are doing a great job.
Can you solve this doubt of mine!!
I am an electronic hobbyist and I am just getting started with Li+ cells (18650), the problem is I cannot spot weld my cells since I cannot afford it. There are controversies on using a low wattage iron for soldering 18650 cells.
So is there any best way to work on 18650 cells without purchasing a spot welding machine. Is it possible for me to make a 3S 2P connection without the spot welding machine?

What would be the most economical way to do it. ????

    Waiting for your reply..

    Thanks!!!
