I so love your videos based on real world experience. We should all remember the world of "science" has come up with a metric called cycle life in order various battery formats can be compared on a like for like basis…………but! that is discharging them to 20%. Dont discharge your battery to nothing just top it uo every night on low Amps and avoid the whole "how long will my battery last" question. Basically for ever if you just trickle charge it when you can back to 80%

Great info. My only comment is the reference to bottom balancing. There are lots of arguments as to which is better top or bottom balancing. Each has its merits. With regard to bottom balancing protecting against the lowest cells getting damaged, surely if you have a BMS it can be set to cut off power when the first cell reaches 2.5v. Although this wastes power from the other cells at low state of charge there is no waste at full charge if you top balance. Efficient use of power is about matched cells. Whether you top or bottom balance capacity is lost for any mismatch whichever method you choose.
Please if I purchase a ready made lipo4 battery, what can I do to make it work better with pwm or mppt controller..

Good maths, nice video…. However I'd be more convinced if a physical cap test had been done and documented to see actual capacity. Once that is known, the normal wear and tear could be extrapolated.
