1. I used to have those strange feelings with regard to the allergies thing, to solve my problem I was looking on the net about something completely different which lead me to lemon water, so I tried it. I simply squeezed a lemon into a glass and mixed plain water with it, it made me feel very strange but I don't get those episodes any more.I use lemon water quite often some times strong other times weak but I find the hydration and the vitamins from the lemon seems to do something positive to my body.This is what I have discovered, one lemon blitzed in a blender without the skin to one and a half litres of water, you can mix other juices with it but on its own it works pretty good.I also discovered body builders use lemons, also the skin can be used for softening your skin.Anyway I'm not really into all that health food stuff but this works a treat it may help you.

4. What you're experiencing is probably a tennis elbow – started getting one too from working with a mouse for too many years, so I got an Wacom artpad which completely rid me of that problem. Try it out. Almost never use a mouse any longer.

5. I've had the arm problems myself too, what I figured out was the computer chair needed to be adjusted. The height of your chair might need to be adjusted. This also happens when I play guitar while on a stool vs standing.

10. Maybe try converting to a standing desk. Helps a lot of people with back pain.
