This right here is a anderson power, pole connector. It is very popular. It is used by many to make connections uh of low voltage with high amperage up to 40 amps right. What happens if your power pole is um backwards? Customers are asking us how why how to fix this, and the answer is very simple.
These are different connectors that slide together, so you can change it and change the red on the left and the black on the other side, or you can put them on top of each other. You can put multiples of these here. You can, you know, make big old harnesses with multiple of these connectors. Why? Because these are separate connectors, a slide up against each other, so i just change the direction.
Now you have the right polarity there positive to positive negative to negative. Do not connect it. If the colors are not matching because then you will short out your connections, this is the power pole. The anderson power pole, connector.
Note: Anderson Powerpole Connectors are a standard used in HAM radio and Search and rescue organizations for power hook ups. Just watch out for the knockoffs, they do not have as tight fit as the real ones.

Thanks! I'm trying to look up a way to connect the Delta Pro power pole connection to the Trailer, any ideas? Do I need a battery disconnect to protect dual 100ah lifepo4's?
I have seen them but mostly used xt60,30, and 90 but may need to try them out
