Did you monitor the temperature of the battery while you were pushing it to 600 amp this is the reason why you have to have a cooling system as the amperage go up the cooling system kicki in it is a critical important in lithiumion

so how 18650s would you need for a DIY build, for a 50mile range approx. I want to build some packs and obviously dont want to stress them. I am going to fit the same system as you have…..do you think DIY is still a viable option ? Thanks
way above my knowledge of knowing stuff, kinda get the idea and the amperage , but way hella cool , on the cooling side , what sort of configuration and fluid are you considering .

u weaken the cells running them hot ,thats why u blow the fuses
I think the little fuses were designed the way they are in case of a car accident. In a crash with a direct short for any part of the battery pack the little fuses would blow.
