effectively a welded diff. I was gonna say in the last video where you found out about the clutch; that when you were spinning the wheels and they were going the same direction. That didn't look right to me. Glad you figured it out!
how hard would it be to convert a regular schoolbus? I have been thinking about converting one into a big RV basically. I think it would be awesome to have it converted to electric and have a nice big battery bank that could power it to drive around, and also power the "house". get some solar going on the roof.

have you grounded the shaft of the electric motor yet? small amounts of current are induced into the shaft of the electric motor and can cause early bearing wear and cracking of transmission parts. currents are created by the high frequency's of the electric drive.
Any rollerbladers in the ie area?
