This is some footage that i've got with my HV20 and my custom built Dof adapter. I am currently gearing up to build more for the purpose of selling, i plan on selling them for $250. This adaptor is compact and is exclusively designed for the HV20, and the HV30, camcorders.

I need this song
anyway you could make a tutorial suitiable for a sony xr100?
Very nice and very simple; the price is well worth it compared to the $1000 priced adapters out there.
with a dof adapter u lose light though and closing the aperture more u lose even more light. does this ever become a problem in low light situations? especially with video noise being introduced? i am thinking about buying one from you but i need to know if it'll be useful. i have the hg10 and it tends to have some difficulty in low light. thanks for ur responses.
lol you beat me to it

You close the aperture, this was shot with lens fully open
the depth of field actually seems a little too shallow. how would u deepen it a bit? it just seems like theres too much out of focus.
You are a genius
these days the JAG35 sells for $275, it has a 20micron glass ground screen and includes an achromatic lens and a condensing lens. Available in EF and FD mounts, comes with rechargeable batteries and a charger.
Great adapter, great film
$250
