This week we look at all the work involved in making a weekly video series, we get more sponsors plus we have a successful long range road test of our 18650 battery module.

Love the dash tablet, how did you build that?
Jehu well done man! A non catastrophic motor system hickup in all the adventures in the Samba.
The understanding and unpretentious manored way you impart DIY is commendable. Really do appreciate the story work (labor of love it takes) in compiling and editing.
I really appreciate the behind-the scenes look that you gave for how your process works. I have a few videos about brewing beer on my channel, and have wanted to do more, but didn't really have a good process like you do for taking the time, and putting videos together. This inspires me to want to do more, and keep going. (By the way my wife has a 1968 beetle that I help keep running in it's current gas-powered state.)
Really inspiring and educative videos your producing. I'm following your progress with great interest. /Greetings from Sweden
jehugarcia Your videos are awesome! Thank you for taking the time and energy for doing this. People like you push technology forward. You are an inspiration to me. I am currently working on a vaping documentary. You can see it on my page. I feel your pain when it comes to the time needed to shoot & edit video. I will try your approach of recording the narration, then finding the clips to match. I love that!
FYI, the reason I found your page is because we are in the vape business and we also use 18650 batteries. We are always in search of the highest capacity batteries with high amp limits. I was looking for pictures of battery packs for the Tesla when I found your video.
Again, THANK YOU for everything that you do. You've inspired me to keep filming, keep editing, and just keep pushing forward. Your positivity really shows through in your videos.
Let me know if there is anyway I can help. Just message me. FYI, we're in Burbank, but we go to Cerritos area every week.
Just a question, how do you boost the 4.2v from the cells to the voltage requiered by the motor?
brother know matter how many curve balls life may throw at you, don't stop. this is a great grass roots electric project, from the ground up, so inspiring. if you are every in santa rosa and have a minute …Edward.hewitt8@gmail.com a clean wave of the future…
youre doing good – great work – best greats from austria
your telling me that small pack got you 254 miles when it takes 7k to do that in s tesla how is yours useing less that makes no sense
Really a great work, thank you.
Great news on the battery test! Keep it up!
Awesome project and videos !!!!!
How are you associated with Gwinn Stacy?
I can't believe it. You went 50 miles on a pack of 150, 16850 cells? That is amazing!!
You gave me an idea of building a 5KW Energy Storage box using one of my old Computer Rack cases. I can install 741 16850 cells in the case. This way you can rack 5KW of power when you need more power.
Jehu, Great job on the build and Thanks for all the hard work on the videos.
I am converting a 71 Karman Ghia to electric and following your laptop battery tests
with great interest. Can you tell me how you developed your tablet/speedo display, or at least point me in the direction of the information.
I would like to do the same in my build for the Tach/speedo/Amphrs, and maybe use the unit for my bluetooth stereo and maps app as well.
Great Video love it keep up the good work
