1. I have a few really important questions for you: How is the electric engine hooked up to your car? Is is hooked up to a manual gear box? Or did you removed the gear box completely? How can I make it work like an automatic gear box, but without the actual gears? Do I need a car with an automatic gear box in the first place? Or is there a way to do all that functionality separately?

2. The VW Bus has quite a lot of roofspace… ever thought of putting some decent size solar panels up there? It would be enough to reduce the load on the batteries while driving and slow charge them while parked?

4. I'll bite. The problem sounds like resonance not imbalance. The resonance issue was amplifying the imbalance issue. In practical terms the amplification factor of resonance can approach 50x, so the resonance issue was making your imbalance issue 50x worse.Add bracing to the motor or beef up the bracing you already have. I would do both. There's allot of torsion forces in an electric car that are not there in a gas car. Your electric motor can generate way more torque that the gas engine ever could. Put simply the supports for the electric motor were never designed to handle that kind of torque.

13. As far as i know u need to make sure the wheel is toe out or in and not straight or else the wheel will wobble at high speed
