This week I decided to tackle the installation of my Hydraulic Transducer, basically I had to split the break line to install it. Which basically means I'll be able to use the motor to break and stop the car, and improves my regenerative breaking.
I drove out to HPEVS to have the guys help me program the controller.

FYI you're better off with the adapter; you don't want just 3 threads in the brass.  Brake lines run rather high pressure, and if you lose the brake line, you lose rear brake pressure, possibly front brake pressure, and your regen never activates.  The flare inside the T should still have a very small seat contact area with the inside diameter of the adapter if you cinch it down hard enough.  Just be careful not to split the brass by over-tightening.

have you tried to mount solar panels on top of the van for "regen" ? 🙂
