Doesn't fire code limit the length of that power cable from the EVSE to the wall outlet to 12 inches max?

Unacceptable cables. So clumsy and no reason. You can even verify that by the wiring BEFORE EVSE. Also these cables most likely cost a fortune. Also they look like they are fatter than Tesla Supercharger cables that support like 300+A.
