Actually gold has got a higher resistance than copper. 29% more. Silver has a lower resistance than copper. I don’t think your welder will be able to weld copper directly to the cells, but you could try?
The removal of the stuff on the screen at 4 min turned out even worse lol
You want me to watch for 2 hours to see you spot weld 18650s. I have better things to do with my time than waste it. If I want to learn something I want somebody who can stay on track and knows what they are doing.
I have always heard it is taboo to solder tops of batteries as the heat can damage them… The small spot welder is substantially safer.
Why do you need a fuse in this configuration. what is the benefit?

I bought the Sunkko spot welder and found out it would not create a solid weld. Put together an Arduino spot w er lder from Germany and then used the Sunkko hand held spring loaded stinger hooked to the Arduino DIY kit which worked great and spaced the spot welds perfectly. The Sunkko stinger did not have the power hooked to the Sunkko unit to spot weld. The ebike school is long on theory and short on practice and pimps a lot of junk. The Sunkko spot welds direct off the unit but fails on the hand piece.

do you know a good solar kit for my son this christmas
I used silver solder to attach all the wire's and battery strips, i find this to be a better conductor. Brass is not a good conductor of electrical energy nor is aluminum.
I have increased the thickness of phone – charging cable double or triple but but with the same charger the charging currenr is no increased ? it charges faster with the original thinner cable, why?
