A. Batteries work better at this time, caps are rare and expensive devices that are very good at doing things not needed for storage systems typically.

Don't take that thing to the air port and open it… Lol

Hey can I please find out how to order a 52 volt battery

  3. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Tom Decuca says:

I think this generator is a good alternative to trying buy something that just too much money. I can buy components when I can get them . the only thing I am confused on was the charging the batteries. Can they be charged by panels or a 110 outlet?

I also made a battery box
its 20 ah 11.1 v used 7 18650 in parallel and 3 sets in series for 12 v it works great i do a lot of traveling. So i need that a lot, it has 4 usb ports and 2 220 v optput so it works for 5 days if just using the usb ports and if used 220 v for laptop charging it works for 2 days didnt made it soo complex just a 12 v lithium ion battery pack with bms of 40 amp with temperature sensor and active fan cooling for battery, a 5 amp charger with it and it works great for the compact size.

It is extremely useful at my village wher power outage is common at night, once a while an electric line pole broke and power went out for 7 days i am glad that i had 2 solar panels that charged it perfectly at 3 amps and was still able to get usable electric supply out of that battery, i even helped my 2 neighbors who didnt had power by supplying them 220 v line thru inverter they used it only for led and charging phones that time i realized how helpful that piece of equipment was.

Hey Jehu I need your help I'm in the Caribbean St Lucia and would like some guidelines on the 36v scooter battery pack setup for solar power wall

  8. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Drake Velazquez says:

For $30 they have the dc to dc 40 amp which is fused for 60amps 3×20 amp fuses. 1500-1800 watt capable. For high amp battery like prismatic cells or lithium iron phosphate. Making 12v system and stepping it up to whatever voltage you need. Just an idea if someone likes your original idea! Thank you for the ideas!

Hey Jehu, just kicking back watching older videos. I am about to build a solar Generator and doing a little research. I noticed you mentioned in this video how you are limited by the DC to Dc converter, by 10amps. These types of converters can be used in parallel typically to give you 2 times the amperage. Looks like you may have room also? Great Research BTW!!

  10. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Jay casman says:

Can I just buy one from you!? Lol

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Kaylor says:

Is there not a bigger DC/DC buck boost that could handle higher amperage??

  12. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Lita Wolf says:

    This is so cool. Thanks

  13. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Chris Roosa says:

Why not use 4 18650 in parallel with an adjustable buck converter. Then you can use more of the power?
