I have a question before I ruin my set up, so I purchased tesla packs when I started setting up my powerwall and then last week I purchased 4 more tesla packs but they are different looking the have tesla on the covers and the bms wires are direct into the board I’m having a brain fart and wondering if it’s still the same 18650 in the module and can I put them into serious with my previous packs? The response is greatly appreciated

Hi all and @jehugarcia! The PCB idea is great!! But one question!
When you stack multiple 7S strings in parallel, will the BMS lead connect all 1st 2nd… cells in parallel? Because otherwise I don't understand how one BMS could work on this.
And if this is the case, should you make it clear that all of your cells should be very close at same voltage when you are connecting them? If the wire can handle few mA:s.

On your PCB your corner drills look like 6mm but you are using 4mm standoffs. I couldn't find anything larger than a 5mm brass standoff for a better fit. You might consider making those holes 5mm. Also if you are going to use the double row pins for balancing you might consider using a 90 degree header which would make connecting the ribbon cable a little easier.
