Hey Jehu I saw you still have the t-shirt. I tried to find the BMS with base you are using here but no ones ship to PR.

So the 14 batteries with the PCB equal 1kWh, meaning 50 of those would make 50kwh?

How did you make the Double sided PCB board with the holders

hey, I was actually looking for a spot welder to make some lion packs and found the same one you have linked in the description. Have you had a good experience with it?

Wow that is like 2x more energy density per PCB

Jehu I want to install a secondary and/or maybe a dual secondary setup battery into my truck to have portable power on the road. I want to install an isolator whether smart or not smaller isolator so the alternator can charge the secondary batterie(s) when the truck is on and so the primary ignition battery wont become drained. Would it be more affordable and best to buy an agm battery or or to make my own using lithium cells? Thanks for any help. Also what is an affordable pure sine wave 2000w+ inverter to run everything off of? I want to have a couple solar panels on my truck to charge the secondary pack when the truck is off and parked. Any other input would be greatly appreciated.

Speak to the average person Jehu. A $100 kwh battery? Does that mean $100 for a 1000 watts an hour? What is so hard about how many hours a battery will last? and how many will it take to run a refrigerator for 4 days with solar panels in the loop? The technical terms are meaningless to half of the people looking for an alternative to piped in power from the power company. Thats how the general public talk. Most DIYers could put together the units, but most aren't electronics technicians. How many days will the unit power the basics in an outage? How long to charge? Instead of KWH, how about…how long will the battery be useful ? For instance…a 3.5 kwh battery. What does it do…. 3 and a half hours of service before it is useless? If your objective is to save people money….talk to the people who are going to invest in what you offer.

Hi Jehu. I really enjoy your videos sharing your knowledge for the benefit of others ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘. I have a very good question that I know you'll figure it out in an instant. The question is this… Would be able to build a Powerwall out of aftermarket dewalt 20 volt batteries? I did my research and I found no one with this idea. I know you are a busy man and hope you'll find sometime to give me an answer. Thank you ๐Ÿคœโšก๐Ÿค›

Would be nice if you sacrifice one and dissect it to check what cells are inside.

I took your advice and bought spim08hp batteries they almost all failed. If you're selling stuff for battery hookups again you might want to rethink your karma. Are you shipping used explosive fire producing batteries out to America to burn people's houses down with this is Industrial Waste from China! They ship it here so they don't have to put it in the landfill over there. What a scam stay away from Battery hookups they don't even let you do returns they scam me out of $500

I really wonder where one can purchase 1 kWh batteries for US$ 100,-

I do not get them for less than 500 US$ equivalent in EU.
