PD DR is Power Delivery, Dual Role which is a geeky way of saying that port is bi-directional PD. Guess the other one is only good for Power Out. 4S is usual for something that can jump your car.
I'd be willing yo bet that you can extend the battery yourself with a home made battery using those pins on the bottom.
Very cool line of products but way way overpriced for that price ill build it myself.
