All right. So we just started our test of these batteries. here. these can do 180 amp continuous and it should do 600 amp for 10 seconds.

So right now at 80 amps 88, uh, they are sagging down to about 3.2 Okay, there we go. You see the SAG you see the voltage there and you see the amount of amps. We're gonna load it with some amps. Okay, so here we go.

So 200 amps and it sag into 12.7 260, 260 to 12.6 volts. Okay, then back down to 88 and it's uh, 1298 volts feeling peace? Okay, 173 foreign and it's going down to 12.8 Okay, the fans started on I'm afraid that inverter is gonna die 300 and it's a 12.4 310, 320. Okay, now it's a 12 .7 It has a 170 amp hours right now. the load I Guess I'm just gonna have to see if I sacrifice that inverter 358 360 and the batteries are at 12.3 Okay for the rest of this test, the load remained from 170 and then it climbed to 180 and then finally to 190 amp which is the max continuous load that this battery will support.

The whole test lasted 25 minutes. Thank you! Okay, so now this battery's been at 170 amps now for a little while I don't know, maybe like 10 minutes or something like that. And let's see. the cells are cool.

The cables are warm. Uh, this is in Fahrenheit those are 102 F that's not hot at all those, but that's the hottest thing. The cells are 85 degrees Fahrenheit that's that's. pretty cool.

That's uh, those cells foreign. So the cells remaining cool after 15 minutes of this test. Uh, I'm removing. It's 170 amp continues right now and it's taking like a champ.

It's a 12.3 volt still. So 3.1 per cell at this point. Thank you Foreign Foreign. Okay, this is how the cells are doing.

At 20 minutes into our load test, we're doing a hundred and 75 amp hours for the most part. So oh, what happened here: 2.8 Okay, 2.8 Looks like the batteries are foreign. Foreign Foreign Foreign. Thank you.

Foreign Foreign Foreign Foreign. Thank you Foreign. Thank you Foreign Foreign Foreign. Thank you Foreign.

Thank you Foreign. Thank you Foreign Assistant A ride at 20 23 minutes. the cell voltages are down to 2.7 volts, right? So that's it. All this energy are removed.

and here is how hot the cells got. This is a full This is a fool. It's 180 amps I mean it was 170, you know. and then it creeped up to a past that like 190 for the last couple minutes.

But that was a full load test and uh, they did pretty well. Next, we're gonna check the capacity by discharging a single cell, right? So this is the first cell and it gave us 69.55 amp hours. All right for the second Uh discharge test. Uh, you know these have been in the pallets for a while and so they get better.

Their capacity gets better after the first few. Cycles So this is their second. I Put them in four. Now it's a 12 volt battery and now I'm just charging it with this guy here and I'm recording the entire thing there so that we can see if we get closer to the 74 amp hour capacity.

I like the battery go display what bms would you recommend for 8 of these used for house batteries on boat?

So those could be used as 12v vehicle batteries? if so, how would that work?

Can you tell me, what is the display showing you the voltage of the cells, the one to the left. And where can I get it.

Love you for this type of test. Voltage sag is whats important for dynamic loads!

MAN, I want a 16s set of these for my EZTR. Too expensive though.

Whats the maximum charging voltage on the cells?

  11. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Levi Allen says:

ohhhhh. these might be really fun to build a 72v motorcycle battery out of if those stats are true!

Is there a way to get them shipped to India. I would like to have 8 of these. It's a high current draw application for few minutes. Basically gotta power my server racks for a minute before the generator takes over. About 4kw load at 24v from two ups. New leadacids are 500$ for 200ah x2 tall tubular battery. They last about 8-10years if water is replaced every year & not deep cycled over few hundred times.

what was the total capacity per cell ? rated at 74 amp hour at 3.5 volt ? 0.259KW/h so 4 cells per kw ? am i mathing right ?
4 cell bank like that something like 12v total 1KW ish so one box of six cells is about 1.5KW

Assume I have a $4,000. budget for a 48V solar battery pack made of these. How much capacity will that buy including buss bars?

  15. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Reggie Barnsdale says:

Will the price come down once you receive the rest of the pallets?

  16. Avataaar/Circle Created with python_avatars Universe is under no obligation to make sense says:

Works out to 2.6mOhms internal resistance
