These Sonata cells almost look like they would fit in some Petzl headlamps or any headlamp that uses 3 AAA. Maybe? Checking measurements . . that's a NO. No fit. too bad.

so if you was selling them on ebay you should be able to ship them as normal mail parcel not have to declare as dangerous goods though you may still have to apply the lithium ion warning label to not put on passenger flights.
or at least you can get away with shipping them by usps priority mail as long as you ensure they dont short on anything and you pre pack them and submit the package to the post office they may not say anything as long as you dont mention batteries.
