It would be nice if there was an RJ45 Ethernet network interface so the battery levels could be remotely monitored.
I’ve seen some small charge controllers, you should make a charge control module for the towers.
Maybe an acoustic alarm (beeper) in case of malfunction could be included, since you can not keep your eyes on the system 24/7.
Rather than using a display lcd what about using a single led that can change color ? Like red , blue and green , it can reduce cost and space so you could integrate it with your other board ,
So I've had a concern with your PCB system for quite some time now: How do you address serviceability? If I have a battery go out in the middle of a stack of 8 PCB's, is it a 2 hour process just to get to that one battery and replace it?
